Mom, Is There Santa Clause?
This book brought tears to my eyes. Don’t be surprised, if you make a puppy face and let out an, “Aww,” at the end. Beautifully told, this story is reminiscent of those childhood days, when we start to leave the magic behind and start accepting reality with all its ugly truths.
When Lucas asks his mom if Santa really exists, he is confused by his mom’s fuzzy answers. He soon learns to re-live the magic of Santa for his little brother.
The author, Susan J. Berger (writer and actress – Hanna Montana / other TV shows), showcases the spirit of Christmas as Lucas smells the gingerbread, listens to the familiar Deck the Halls, strings popcorn and cranberries…
The illustrator, KC Snider complements the story with her very Christmassy art – sure to make you want Christmas a lot sooner this year.
Every parent will be able to relate to this book! Great, sentimental read.
